* All the student’s participation is the key to its success * Partial proceeds from this fundraiser go back to Bella Vista Band General Fund
Please ensure that your POTLUCK ITEM is LABELED with your Child’s last name. If you cannot bring your specific item, please send a $5 donation in a marked envelope so the items may be purchased.
We also need volunteers to help with snack bar and working the event, 2 hour shifts starting at 8 am. Please contact me if you can work.

Next PU Date for Paper Orders & Paper Checks: Please bring your paper orders &/or check payments to the bandroom by 10 am, Friday January the 13th. Put order &/or check payments in a sealed evelope and deliver this to my mailbox next to Mr. Moore's office door...OR you may deliver your order/check payments to my house by 9 am January the 16th. E-mail me to get directions to my home.

Tickets for the Bella Vista Crab Feed can be ordered now via the website www.bellavistaband.org and will be available for pick-up soon.
The Crab Feed is our largest fundraiser of the year and each Band and Auxiliary family is requested to sell 5 tickets. Funds raised will help us get off to a good start for the 2012-13 year.
This year's menu includes
Tortilla Soup
Frisee Salad with Roasted Garlic Vinaigrette
Corn Bread Muffins
Tri-Tip with Santa Maria Black Beans

Bring your family and friends!
At this fun Music and Drama filled evening, you will enjoy performances from Band, Choir and Drama. Proceeds from this event go to purchase sound monitors for the cafeteria and other equipment to benefit all of these performing arts groups.
We are in need of a few volunteers to help with set-up on Friday, Februaury 10, 3-5 pm
